When we build our lives in opposition to that nature, we experience resistance, exhaustion and disconnection. But when we return to who we truly are, life begins to move differently.

Our work becomes more meaningful, our relationships more authentic, our vitality returns, and opportunities unfold with a sense of coherence that effort alone could never create.

The seasons that ask us to reinvent ourselves are rarely interruptions to the path, but the invitations into it. 

They become the threshold to a life more beautiful, abundant and deeply aligned, than the one our minds could ever have planned.

My work weaves together Human Design, Mindset & Behavioural Coaching and somatic tools, for the Woman who is ready to cultivate the Self-Mastery and Personal Authority required to create a life rooted in Sovereignty, Artistry and Abundance.

MY STORY 

 

At 35, I left behind the corporate World, because my life had become built around a system that was no longer my own.

I had a high-level job in Fashion, responsible for millions in revenue, I lived in one of the most desirable places in the World and had a lively social circle, yet I struggled with intense anxiety and a deep internal void of emptiness, that I could not seem to fulfil, and it affected every area of my life.

And then I decided to begin again.

I relocated overseas and immersed myself in years of healing, study and mentorship with leaders in coaching, Human Design, nervous system regulation and somatic practice.

What I realised is that at the core of everything I had created previously, I was deeply disconnected from my natural essence and authentic values. I realised how deeply conditioned I had become to pursue success that looked right but felt wrong.

Today, I live my Mediterranean dream as an Artist, Writer and Mentor for female leaders. My days are filled with meaningful work, creativity, nature, beautiful spaces and deep relationships - The very ingredients I once believed I'd have to sacrifice for success, which have now become the foundation of it.
